OFF-THE-SHOULDER POM POM TOP

Just a little insight of the way I shop. I LOVE finding a good quality item for cheap, and Forever 21 *usually* delivers. I prefer shopping online rather than going into the store. My method is to skim through the new arrivals but I also like to search for key words. A big trend right now are pom pom's and tassels so these are two of the words I searched to find several new items I'll be sharing.

I paired this Off-the-Shoulder Pom Pom Top with my fav Free People jeans (no surprise there) but it's also super cute with a high waisted jean or white shorts!
