BELL SLEEVED, OFF-THE-SHOULDER, POM POM TOP

   When I ordered this top from Forever 21 I wasn't quite sure what to expect.  It was such an expensive looking shirt for only $24.90, so I was a little worried about the quality. I was so excited when it came in the mail. It honestly looks like it should have cost no less that $80.  It's so well made, with the flounce overlay trim with pom poms, long bell shaped sleeves and an allover pinstripe pattern.  I feel like this should be the staple shirt for the modern day working woman ;)  I've paired it with shorts as well as black ripped jeans and strappy sandal heels.
